Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Gemma Taylor Fine Art.

Every original painting and limited edition print is created or produced with great care. Please read the following policy before making a purchase.

Original Artwork

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works of art. Unless an item arrives damaged or there has been an error with your order, returns and refunds are not accepted.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Limited Edition Prints

If your limited edition print arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot usually be cancelled.

Refunds

Where a refund has been agreed, it will be processed using the original payment method.
